Who is RESONANCE for, and what will it do for my practice?
RESONANCE is for all practitioners, including beauty therapists, facialists, massage therapists, and other touch-based therapies. The mentorship is designed to support your longevity, sustainability, and fulfillment as a practitioner, helping you share your unique gifts through touch, plants, and frequency.

What makes RESONANCE different?
RESONANCE combines practical facial and massage skills with ritual, aromatics, energy work, and practitioner self-care. Unlike technical-only programs, it teaches how to work sustainably, align your energy, and integrate your intuition to deliver transformative client experiences.

Materials & Technology
What technology do I need?
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with Zoom access, and the ability to download PDFs. A camera is recommended for interactive sessions.
Do I need to purchase any tools or products?
No mandatory purchases. Having basic facial tools, oils, or a model to practice on is recommended. You may wish to purchase ingredients ( as per workbook) to create your own backbar.
Are course materials shipped or digital only?
All materials (workbooks, PDFs, recordings) are digital. Any gifts during the Brisbane Immersion will be provided in person.
How long will I have access to recordings and materials?
Recordings and downloadable resources are available indefinitely.

When does the mentorship start and finish?
RESONANCE runs Monday 9th February – Thursday 30th April 2026.
Are there any breaks or time off?
Yes! Easter break:
Monday 6th April – no session

What if I’m in another country?
All sessions are online via Zoom. For US time zones (2026):

Who owns the course content?
All materials, recordings, and resources are owned by Natalie Sellars. Participants may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce content in any form.
Is RESONANCE a formal qualification?
No, this is foundational professional development only. Certificate of completion does not confer legal, licensing, or professional accreditation.
What is the refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable.
Liability & Professional Responsibility
Participants use techniques at their own discretion. RESONANCE facilitators cannot be held responsible for any outcomes, injuries, or results from application of teachings.
Recording & Distribution Rules
No recordings, screenshots, or digital copies of live sessions may be shared or redistributed. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Who are the guest teachers, and what will they cover?
Keely Watson: Click here to view her website will guide modules on plant energetics, aromatic knowledge, and intuitive blending. Additional insights will be offered during live lectures and Follow My Flow sessions.
Can I ask questions outside live sessions?
For the foundational mentorship, all questions should be asked during the weekly Q&A, related to that week’s content.
For personalised guidance, consider the Premium Mentorship+ ($3,500 AUD, 6 x 1-hr 1:1 sessions with Natalie, only 3 spots available).
What are the community guidelines?
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality, respect, and an uplifting environment. Sharing learnings, experiences, or recordings outside the group is strictly prohibited.
Is the program inclusive for neurodiverse or differently-abled practitioners?
Yes. RESONANCE is inclusive and accommodating. Participants can request support in advance by contacting us.
How will I be supported between sessions?
Access to a private community group for peer support and sharing is provided.
