I absolutely loved doing Natalies course and found it so informative as well as relaxing. I find I can tend to rush through my own routine, so I loved the follow along guidance. We all can benefit from our very own facial trainer and Natalie also has wonderful energy. I loved it so much I am excited to do the training again and again!
